Edgepark accepts Medicare assignment on most items. This means that Edgepark accepts Medicare’s reimbursement along with your financial responsibility (including applicable deductible or coinsurance) as payment in full.

Yes. Edgepark is contracted with more than 1,300 health insurance plans nationwide, and we offer a discount on most items for those who do not have health insurance coverage.

Yes, we will have to verify your insurance in order to supply.

If you are ordering a product that may or may not be covered by Medicare for your diagnosis, or you are ordering more than what is allowed, Medicare requires that Edgepark send you an ABN (Advance Beneficiary Notification) to make you aware of costs for which you are responsible, and for which Medicare will most likely not reimburse you for the product.
By signing this document, you acknowledge that you are ordering supplies that may or may not be reimbursed through Medicare. You may also use this document to indicate that you will be paying out-of-pocket for supplies that are not covered under Medicare.
Please note: You can mail, fax or upload the signed ABN to Edgepark to process your order. -
Edgepark can provide some Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems and insulin pump supplies to Medicare customers. However, Edgepark is unable to provide diabetic testing supplies to Medicare customers. If you are currently using insulin and interested in CGM therapy, please call 1-844-619-4650 for more information.

Yes. Medicare requires that the prescribing doctor be enrolled in the Provider Enrollment, Chain and Ownership System (PECOS) to process his or her patients’ claims. If the doctor is not in PECOS, then your claim will be denied for coverage from Medicare. Registration for PECOS is fast and easy and can be completed by your doctor online

Yes. If applicable, you will still need to pay your annual deductible and 20% coinsurance.
Once again, no matter where you live, you can continue ordering other supplies from Edgepark, as most non-diabetes testing supplies can be provided.
