The HME cartridge is a lightweight, daily disposable device that inserts into all styles of the TrueSeal® adhesive housings. It contains side and top airflow vents to maximize airflow for easy breathing and prevent clothing from obstructing your breathing. It also contains an integrated MucusShield™ occluder that helps protect the foam filter from direct contact with secretions. The cartridge may be wiped with a dry cloth if cleaning is necessary.
