The Guardian 4 Sensor is a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensor designed to help people with diabetes stay informed about their glucose levels throughout the day. Worn just beneath the skin, it detects small changes in glucose within interstitial fluid and converts them into an electronic signal, providing valuable glucose insights to support everyday diabetes management.
As part of a CGM system, the Guardian 4 Sensor delivers ongoing glucose information that helps users better understand trends and patterns, supporting more confident treatment decisions. It is intended to complement, not replace, standard blood glucose monitoring methods. Each Guardian 4 Sensor is a single‑use device and can be worn for up to seven days. Users should always refer to the system user guide when making treatment decisions based on sensor readings.
Features:
- Easy‑to‑insert sensor for a simple wear experience
- Flexible design that moves comfortably with your body
- Helps you understand where your glucose levels are and where they are trending
Includes:MiniMed Guardian 4 Sensors (5)
